The film is about rules of behavior in streets. For children. Along the street the young bicyclist rushes. But stories from th life of our ancestors (baron on a self-made wooden bicycle clung to the carriage and at its stop ran into it with his head) unostentatiously learn rules of driving on the bicycle.
